WOW. The week started with an experiment exploring subjective reality: Encounter Your Thoughts was the task and I still can't stop walking through the streets and literally recognize and meet my very own creations. Amazing.

Back to objective reality and with my Palm gone, (without advance notice but for good, somehow) I have to look for other ways of capturing information and staying on top of it all -- check out this Org-Fu Überpost - Productivity Whitepaper by and at Patrick Rhone.

Need a calendar? It is free and analog and printable.

Just in case you ever wondered about the Top 10 Traits of Highly Successful People, Philip Humbert has the list starting with not exactly a surprise but since I am always intrigued by playing hard, here goes --

Food, this week? Here are some recipes: Alex Fayle's Ratatouille and even more, Over 100 Quick and Easy Recipes at The World's Healthiest Foods.

The Mediterrasian -- which I highly recommend for its point of view on various aspects of diet and nutrition -- asks whether you know your olive oils and educates us about extra virgin, virgin, and pure types, concluding that --

from a health point of view, extra-virgin and virgin olive oils are the best choices because the oil has been removed without heat, which means the heat-sensitive antioxidants and vitamins are preserved.

While on topic, consider this: 12 Reasons to Avoid Acids and Stay Alkaline. From personal experiences, I also tend to conclude that alkaline is the way to go --

[...] weight problems are also compounded by the result of yeast and fungus overgrowths wreaking havoc on our digestive systems. And guess what - yeast and fungus thrive in an acidic environment. Because your body is now not able to properly process foods and extract the full nutrition from the foods that you eat - your body is always telling you that you are hungry. [...]

Following a diet of mostly alkaline foods (fresh and raw vegetables, salads, fresh alkaline fruits, seeds, nuts and pure alkaline water) will clean your system of the yeast, fungus and microform overgrowth and will flush your body of the excess survival fat that it has been clinging onto (literally for dear life!).

    To your beautiful life.
